Booking and use of any of Your Canine Compass’ services assumes that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

All purchases, bookings and sales are final. Should you choose to discontinue a service a credit can be requested to use for any other services Your Canine Compass offers. No refund will be given.- Should you need to cancel a session at least 48 hours notice must be given. If less than 48 hours is given the session will be charged in full.

Payment is to be made before services begin through our online booking system.

Your Canine Compass may photograph or video record parts of your session or class for educational, business and marketing purposes. We always aim to make the focus on the dogs but you and your dog may be featured in such material. By booking in with us you consent to the use in educational, business, social media and marketing material. If for safety or personal reasons you wish for you or your dog not to be in video or photographed, this request must be made in writing to Your Canine Compass before the session or class.

Your Canine Compass strives to help you and your dog achieve your goals, we will give you tailored training advice for you to implement and offer feedback on your training. The results you achieve will be down to your consistent implementation of this advice.

Yours and your dog’s safety and wellbeing is a priority for Your Canine Compass. However, we work in public spaces with elements of the environment we cannot control. You accept that Your Canine Compass is not liable for any injury, illness, loss or accident involving your pet, property or person, except in the case of our proven negligence.
